Benjamin F. Long IV has achieved a lifetime of accomplishments around the world in fresco, oil painting, and drawing using renaissance techniques. He has won numerous accolades including the International Leonardo da Vinci art award presented in Florence, Italy. Not only was Ben Long considered the greatest draftsman in the 20th century by Metropolitan Museum of Art Curator Philippe de Montebello, he is considered the best fresco artist in the world today. He is one of the few living artists who apprenticed under the world-famous Italian Maestro Pietro Annigoni (1910-1988) who reconnected modern-day painting with 500-year-old Italian renaissance techniques.
