Fee Guidelines
1.
Participants shall follow the instruction on registration page to complete personal profile, registration and submission.
The registration fee shall be paid in full at the time of artwork submission. Participants are welcomed to submit their finished artworks for initial screening
2.
Early registration is highly recommended for Talent Week, exhibitions, private shows and sales. All events are with limited numbers, first-come-first-serve basis.

Talent Week Program
The competition will culminate with a Talent Week event. A series of art symposiums, art tours, artist networking and exhibitions will take place in several cities in the U.S. Participants will have a one-of-a-kind opportunity to share their works of art, and engage with the world’s finest art historians, established artists and art communities. The event is open to students and the general public. Some programs are limited in number; seating will be on a first come first serve basis.

Three days, 18 hours. Oil painting techniques, master the look of a dramatic portrait, citing the great masters like Caravaggio and Rembrandt . You will learn easy solutions to sketching, completing an initial painting, and learning how/when to put the finishing touches on a portrait.
